The \u201cYES \u2013 Yoga an Entspanung an der Schoul\u201d project aims to support schoolchildren in their physical, mental and emotional development. Concentration and creativity are stimulated through movement and yoga poses, whilst body awareness is enhanced. Furthermore, relaxation and mindful moments offer the mind and body a brief respite, providing the children with renewed motivation for the rest of their day. A healthy balance between movement and relaxation is essential for a well-rounded school day.<\/p>\n
The project is embedded within the transversal theme of physical, mental and socio-emotional health (\u00c9ducation \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 physique, mentale et socio-\u00e9motionnelle \u2013 bien-\u00eatre, r\u00e9silience) <\/em>of the Plan d\u2019\u00e9tudes<\/em>.<\/p>\n In addition to interventions in schools, which can be found under the \u2018Offers\u2019 section, the YES project offers suitable audio and video material for teachers. The Breathing Cube “Otemwierfel” is another material that can be used selectively in the classroom.
